Every repair starts with a roof survey. From the ground we assess visible damage using binoculars where needed; for anything requiring closer inspection we go up on scaffold or a platform lift. Materials We Specify

We specify materials to match the original specification wherever possible. For natural slate repairs this means sourcing Ballachulish, Welsh blue, or Spanish slate in the correct thickness and texture to avoid visual patchwork on prominent elevations. For concrete and clay tile repairs we source from the original manufacturer where the product is still in production, or identify the closest current match where it is not. We will not use undersized or mismatched material just because it is cheaper or faster to source.

Our Guarantee

All repair work is covered by a written workmanship guarantee. For lead work we additionally carry the manufacturer's material guarantee on the lead product itself. If a repair fails within the guarantee period for workmanship reasons, we return and correct it at no charge. This is standard practice for us — not a negotiating point.
